Notes

When working with essential oils, safety is essential. Essential oils are highly concentrated and powerful, so it’s important to research the safety guidelines for each oil you choose. Factors like age, pregnancy, health conditions, and skin sensitivity can affect how essential oils should be used. Always dilute essential oils properly, avoid those with known contraindications, and perform a patch test before applying any new blend to your skin. For this recipe, ensure your essential oils are skin-safe and suitable for topical use. If you’re unsure, consult a certified aromatherapist or trusted resource for guidance.
