Tired Feet Soothing Soak

Equipment

  • Medium-sized basin or foot bath
  • Towel for drying feet

Ingredients

  • 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil
  • 2 drops Nutmeg Essential Oil
  • 2 drops Myrrh Essential Oil
  • 1 cup Epsom Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Soda optional, for extra soothing
  • Warm water enough to fill the basin

Instructions

  • Fill the basin with warm water, enough to fully submerge your feet.
  • In a small bowl, mix the Epsom salt and baking soda (if using) with the essential oils.
  • Stir the mixture well and pour it into the foot bath, swirling it around to dissolve the salt.
  • Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes, allowing the warming sensation to relax your tired feet.
  • Pat your feet dry with the towel and follow up with a nourishing foot cream if desired.

This foot soak is perfect for relaxing tired, overworked feet, especially after a long day of standing or walking.
