Equipment

  • 1 Small glass bowl or measuring cup
  • 1 Silicone spoon for mixing
  • 1 Dark glass bottle with dropper

Ingredients

  • 20 grams Arnica-infused herbal oil
  • 10 grams Sunflower oil
  • 4 drops Lavender essential oil
  • 2 drops Clary Sage essential oil
  • 2 drops Patchouli essential oil

Instructions

  • In a small, clean bowl or glass measuring cup, mix the arnica-infused herbal oil and sunflower oil.
  • Carefully add the lavender essential oil, clary sage essential oil, and patchouli essential oil to the bowl. Each of these essential oils brings benefits for pain relief, relaxation, and anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure all the oils are well blended.
  • Pour the blended oil into a dark glass bottle with a secure lid. Dark glass helps protect the oils from light, preserving their potency and extending the shelf life of your muscle relief oil.
  • Label the bottle with the date and contents, then store it in a cool, dark place. This will keep the oil fresh and effective for several months.
