LOCAL PICKUP – 5414 MERICOURT RD, BURLINGTON, ONTARIO
Orders can be picked up daily, from 9 AM TO 7 PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Standing Stone Wellness offers local delivery within 15 km of 5414 Mericourt Rd, Burlington, ON, L7L 3R6. Local delivery is available on orders over $35.00 for a fee of $2.00.
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the “continue to shipping” button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 15 km of our shop that meet the minimum order requirement. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Local delivery orders ship as soon as possible. As our products are handmade in small batches, some of your products may be made fresh for you. Although these products ship as soon as they are ready, it may take 2-3 days before shipping.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 days using Canada Post. Canada Post’s delivery standard is 2 – 7 days to most addresses. We are doing our best to help mitigate the rising cost of shipping by charging a flat rate shipping fee. Our flat rate shipping fee is $15.00 CAD. If you require special arrangements ie: courier delivery, our flat rate fee will not apply, and the courier fee will replace it. We regret that we do not ship physical products outside of North America at this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the United States.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination. These charges are your responsibility as the customer. Standing Stone Wellness is NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns. If your product arrives spoiled, please email us within 2 weeks of purchase at info@standingstonewellness.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. we will issue a credit in the amount of the order minus the shipping fee.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@standingstonewellness.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
